Quality Food Service

• Oversees and supervises daily operation of the restaurant.
• Checks the quality of food served if according to standards.
• Escorts customers to their tables as needed.
• Presents menus to customers and answers questions about dishes.
• Checks if customers are enjoying their meals and takes action to correct any problem.
• Explains how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Delegates and oversees bartending kitchen supervision and table service duties

People Management

• Leads the team on each shift and ensures that company service standards are upheld.
• Conducts briefing to dining and kitchen staff prior to opening.
• Ensures that manpower needed for a particular shift is complete.
• Assists RM in preparing staff schedule.
• Assists in monitoring staff performance and submits recommendation.
• Assists RM in conducting orientation & training for new dining and kitchen staff.
• Works closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Reporting and Documentation

• Checks stock delivery if correct and in good order.
• Records store stock levels, checking, monitoring and ordering as required.
• Makes reports as needed for observed and witnesses events and submit to .concerned departments (RM, OM, HR & Ops. Dir).

• Restaurant Supervisor experience for at least 3-years.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna (Nuvali).
