Receptionist  

Job Description:
The primary role of the Receptionist is to man the reception, receive and transfer phone calls and entertain guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive and transfer phone calls

2. Maintain detailed call log
3. Receive, record and distribute mail

4. Entertain guests
5. Ensure availability of stock of all pantry items

6. Manage the booking of the conference room
7. Booking of flights of employees in relation to business activities

8. Maintains and logs schedule of all principals/suppliers visiting Fabtech and coordinate with all units/departments involved
11. Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor

* Company Office Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00AM - 5:45PM
Thursday: 6:00AM - 4:00PM

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good oral and written communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, Time Management Skills, MS Office.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Magallanes Makati city.
• Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
