Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Working directly for an accountant, accounting manager or finance director, accounts assistants help to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly. As well as helping the manager, accounts assistants also deal with customers and external agencies.
- Assist in working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Assist in calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Assist in managing petty cash transactions.
- Other Coordinating Functions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or equivalent
- Required skill(s): analyzing data, attention to detail, billing and invoicing, accounting, data management, MS Excel, Knowledgeable in Accounting System.
