Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Logistic Head will manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.
- Oversee warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation, and planning workers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Train and evaluate employees.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules.
- Prepare reports for upper management; negotiate shipping and supplier costs, and work to improve the efficiency of the company’s supply chain.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven working experience as a logistics head/supervisor
- Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills to direct employees and prepare report for upper management
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and instruct employees in the company
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Courses in supply chain management or logistic degree program include distribution, warehousing and storage, and operations in logistics.
