Assist on the day to day operation of Finance & Accounting Department such as but not limited to:
- Preparation of check voucher / cheque
- Telegraphic transfer / manager’s
- Check Voucher / Filling of check voucher per supplier
- Log to check monitoring
- Log to ledger per supplier
- Preparation of cashflow statement, & daily cash report
- Checking of reimbursement
- Summary of check voucher / photocopy the voucher
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College students with curriculum for OJT
- Preferably Accoutancy or Any related Management course
- Willing to be trained and to do administrative/clerical works
- Knowledge in using MS Office applications (Word , Excel, and Powerpoint) is a plus
- Can start immediately
