Content Associate  

• Work directly with the Content Team and the Marketing Team
• The first half of the job includes travel writing, editing, delegating assignments to freelance writers, and following up with freelance writers
• The second half of the job includes newsletter writing, social media writing, editing or improving contributed write-ups, and reporting and analyzing website traffic and social media analytics
• Once in a while, will travel to do writing assignments or lead a team of freelancers
• Optimize content according to SEO
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Stay up-to-date with developments, news, and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

• Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or related field.
• The candidate is a traveler or at least has been traveling regularly for the past two years.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Filipino.
• Proven work experience in content management.
• Hands on experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Knowledge of social media and other online marketing channels.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Adherence to strict deadlines and publication deliverables.
