Sales Coach | Cebu  

The Sales Coach is responsible for developing production employees to achieve individual, company, and client goals, while overseeing the work activities of assigned production employees.

• Support the quality performance and sales skills of agents by providing accurate response to questions with a sense of urgency during call processing.
• Provide positive, consistent, fair, and committed leadership to the team.
• Actively pursue a team environment focused on the achievement of the project's high quality standards and high performance goals.
• Recognize their team's deficiencies and developing action plans to overcome them.
• Meet monitoring goals and complete related reports.
• Provide effective feedback and coaching to the agents.
• Recommend innovative suggestions on incentive programs to motivate floor staff.
• Provide coverage on the floor as directed.
• Perform other duties and projects as required.

• Preferably with management and/or call center experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferably with experience in budget, forecasts, and expense management.
• Assertive self-starter who can work independently, yet can function in a team environment.
• Excellent organization, planning, time management and analytical skills.
• Strong team building, interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce.
