Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 18 years old and above
- Completed at least 2 years in college or equivalent
- With or without call center experience
- Highschool Graduates are also welcome to apply
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of PC usage and internet navigation
- With Average - excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work at Exportbank Building in Makati City
