Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management. Working as a project officer for the respective department. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, reporting, and asssisting in project management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role;
- Have minimum of 5 (five) year experience;
- Outstanding communication abilities;
- Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage;
- Excellent ability of administrative and secretarial tasks;
- Familiar with reporting techniques and project management;
- Have the ability of working on multiple projects.
