Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles front desk management / reception area
- Responsible for visitor handling and hospitality
- Responsible for processing incoming items and deliveries
- Assists in administrative duties such as procurement and sourcing requirements
- Assists in project requirement preparation & logistics
- Make reservations and appointments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be customer oriented & has excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent administrative skills
- Preferably with administrative or front desk experience
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be outgoing and friendly
