Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Administrative Department.
- Ensures seamless and efficient day-to-day office operations
- Handles office and project procurement and supplier sourcing.
- Manages inventory control and audits
- Develops new and reviews existing administrative policies
- Manages interdepartmental coordination on logistics needs
- Oversees and maintains all company assets, furniture and equipment
- Handles streamlining of office operations to maximize quality and attaining cost efficiency
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized
- Has a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, and works well in a collaborative culture
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has experience in managing an administrative team or a department
