Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and execute events/projects from ground up to event proper and post event (contacting suppliers, ingress, set-up, and egress)
- Coordinate with the Production Manager assigned for the project for deliverables and updates from clients
- Coordinate with the partner suppliers and close cost that is in line with the department’s target hit/savings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in event coordination, Production (TV or Event), Project Coordination
- Computer Savvy
- Knowledgable in Microsoft (Word,PPT,Excel)
- Network/pool of suppliers
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Negotation skills
