Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Petty Cash Fund (PCF) custodian
- Handling, organizing and monitoring relative activities of daily schedules
- Encoding and monitoring daily errands, schedules and PCF summary
- Timely and efficient submission of PCF replenishments for audit and approval
- Attends to employees requests and offer resolution in a timely manner
- Handling communications with vendors, suppliers, and employees
- Excellent attention details
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge in Basic Accounting is an advantage
- Adept knowledge in Logistics - Scheduling and Dispatching
- Display professionalism at all times
- Highly organized in record keeping
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
- Has genuine interest in business and finance
