Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive all incoming sales enquiries coming into the Branch; qualify the opportunity through needs based targeted questioning to either initiate a residential sales appointment or a phone sale process.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders (network offices, Corporate Sales departments, etc.) and ensure all opportunity is leveraged to maximum effect in a team selling environment.
- Report to and work closely with the Manager, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, referrals and quotations are completed in an integrated and pro-active manner.
- Maintain a high performance customer-driven culture with emphasis on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and maximum value to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Manager and Consultants to maximize the opportunity to secure all in-home surveys/consultations. This includes:
- Close liaison with the Corporate Sales and World Mobility departments prior to survey date to ensure a full understanding of corporate relationships and maximize utilization of available reporting tools and data
- Preparation of “Sales Packs” prior to appointment dates to include all available point of sale material.
- Establish “Vital Information” from any sales enquiry and book the residential sales appointment to ensure maximum benefit to the company, ensuring all competitor information and lead sources are obtained at enquiry level.
- Maintain 100% compliance and accuracy in inputting all internal operating systems data in line with the responsibilities of the position.
- Liaise with all third party suppliers when necessary while acting in the best financial / operational interests of the branch.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related course
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer services. Experience in coordinating with shipping lines/logistics company is preferable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Solution-oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
