QA/QC Engineer | Rotating Equipment  

Maintain Quality as number one priority. Communicate and monitor works from customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and ensure proper QA documentation is complete.

• Demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Operational Procedure.
• Demonstrate compliance to the Company’s Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
• Maintain documentations and records required by ISO 9001:2015 QMS Procedure.
• Take part in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicator of the Quality Control Department (Zero Customer Complaint, Zero In-process Rejection, and On-time submission of accurate report must meet 95% compliance rate).
• Support the Operations department to achieve the quality service to the customer.
• Ensure that all rules, policy, procedures, Quality Objective and Quality Policy are being followed.
• Ensure that employees follow the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Reviewed and check job cards and complete details during process.
• Verify and check sticker details in each motor, ensure the motor is visually acceptable and JO complete.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor of various works of Operations both field and shop service department.
• Confirm all winding data by EASA data base and winding verification software if the Operation Engineer is not available.
• Confirm proper usage of all types of measuring and testing tools.
• Communication Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of Operations. Facilitate coordination and communication between sales, operations and management functions.
• Supervise testing and inspection of generator/motor, including stator cores, stator winding, Rotor poles, field windings and excitation systems.
• Train personnel on diagnostic test on generator/motors and their components
• Train personnel on proper documentation and processes to meet quality and QA requirements.
• Evaluate test data and ensure that specification are based on the Work Instruction and Technical Data.
• Prepare corrective action reports to all non-conformances.
• Ensure and monitor updated calibration of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Must understand testing and inspection of generators/motor, including stator cores, stator winding, rotor poles, field windings and excitation systems
• Reviews and inspects diagnostic tests on generator/motors and their components.
• Inspect and understand assessment inspections for generator/motor components
• Provide customer test data as required by customer.
• Assist Quality Management Supervisor as needed.
• Supervise all quality related operations, works, and issues within the company.

• 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Engineering
• Must have experience in rotating equipment (motor, generator, gear box, or any other rotating equipment)
• Background in heavy industries is an advantage
• Preference is given to candidates coming from Bulacan (Baliuag)
• Amenable to 6-days work schedule
• Must be able to start asap
