Sales and Marketing Manager (Indoor Recreation)  

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall business development, (i.e. sales, promotion, marketing and communication management) of the company. The position requires smooth and efficient coordination with the operation team.

• Provide leadership in the delivery of excellent customer service, with the objective of exceeding customer expectations
• Resolve in a timely fashion all issues relating to customer and general customer services/operations
• Develop and oversee innovative marketing communications to client groups, utilizing creative marketing media
• Ensure business growth, new product/services development, quality control, profitability and operating costs efficiency.
• Develop and flawlessly coordinates an effective marketing plan that includes the creation of revenue-generating initiatives such as marketing blitz, campaigns, and promotions, using various channels.
• Work with various external business groups, companies and communities to initiate business initiatives and increase market share
• Collect and analyze business data, trends and issues affecting the strategy and direction of the services and products and makes recommendations based on such data
• Provide direction to store supervisors as well as staff and ensures systems are in place to always provide effective flow activities or events.
