Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The shortlisted candidate will become a part of a multi-national energy management company. You will provide internal sales support and ensure the smooth flow of order management within your domain.
- Coordinate with the customers within the business unit
- Responsible for Order Management, Order Entry, and Expedites
- Analyze one-line drawings, panel schedules, and specification documents of projects
- Create quotations with accurate part numbers and competitive pricing
- Provide complete submittal proposals to customer
- Work closely with planners, application engineers, credit analyst, and the shipping department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/ECE)
- Technical project coordinator exposure
- At least 6 months of BPO work experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to read schematic diagrams / electrical drawings
- Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry
- Knowledge of the Order Management and Expedite System
- Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
