Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Present to the Project Manager the complete project implementation plan.
- Prepares and present’s the project’s construction schedule.
- Approves all materials and manpower requisition on site.
- Initiates the mobilization of the project, i.e.site setup (temporary facilities, barricades), initial site inspection.
- Establish the detailed estimate of a bill of quantities.
- Provides report regularly to the Head of the Engineering Department and/or to the President.
- Proactively identifies issues and provide immediate solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Preferably Licensed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on site for Interior Fit-Out Construction or or building construction
- Experience in BPO or office an advantage. Acceptable: high end residential, hotels
- Have completed the project from start to turn-over.
- Knowledge on scheduling and estimating in an advantage
- Well versed on interior detailing and specifications plus MEPFS particularly air-conditioning system, elevator, fire protection system.
- Experience on structural steel construction an advantage
- Able to prepare construction schedule for building construction
- Able to chair coordination meetings with the Owner, consultants, and contractors.
- Good interpersonal skills (communication and leadership)
- To start immediately.
