The Opportunity – Finance Operations Co-Ordinator.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our National Office as a Finance Operations Coordinator to provide support of First Class Capital’s working capital and business finance division. This is an operations role that will test both your analytical & relationship management skills.
The Operations Coordinator provides support to the Internal & External stakeholders to ensure key daily responsibilities of reconciliation, funds management, transaction analysis & communications are achieved.
You will also be responsible for:-
- Daily exception reporting to Senior Executives
- Assisting and supporting operational requirements for the Franchise Network and enhancing business development capabilities.
- Overseeing Treasury Operations
- Ensure any transaction related escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-orientated approach and will always be looking to help our relationship partners. You will demonstrate the ability to operate at a fast pace in an ever-changing environment. You will be a solution-focused individual with an ability to analyze complex problems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
You will also be required to have:
- CPA qualified
- Proven experience in financial services in credit operations, treasury, accounts or back office.
- strong attention to detail with an ability to work to strict deadlines
- the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Graduate or Post Graduate studying in Finance, Commerce or Business related discipline
