Service Team Head  

1. Develop and implement strategies in order to ensure that clients are satisfied and revenue targets are achieved.

2. Over-see that post-sales services and other service requirements are provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Manage the implementation of projects, works or activities, such as, but not limited to systems or equipment installation, and testing & commissioning, in accordance with agreed specifications, scope or terms or reference.

4. Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools and systems.

5. Undertake price and contract negotiations with clients to establish contract details and attain profit margins.

6. Assist clients in resolving issues or complaints concerning purchased products or contracted services.

7. Build, establish & maintain good working relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue and gather feedback regarding product and/or service quality.

8. Build, establish & maintain good working relationship with reputable contractors.

9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in capability-building programs.

10. Perform other relevant functions as may be assigned.

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, preferably (but not required to be) licensed
• With extensive knowledge and familiarity with equipment servicing & project management
• With at least three (3) years relevant experience
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Diligent and attentive to details
