Product Analyst (Construction/Specialty)  

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Define product strategy and roadmap

• Conducts product analysis to derive with rationalized/ priority product listing.
• Prepares the marketing plan with Marketing team of each product assigned.
• Coordinates with Business Development Group in the selection, assessment and development of new products.
• Coordinates with internal groups to define the Policies and Procedures Manual for each of the products handled

2. Ensure product profitability of all products/services being handled

• Negotiates with suppliers/manufacturers in the preparation and processing of contracts, renewals, pricing
• Prepare, finalize and have product forecasts approved
• Ensure inventory is within agreed/acceptable levels

3. Ensure timely submission of product performance analysis/adhoc analysis/reports as per committed frequency or timelines below:

• Bi-weekly product performance review (bi-weekly)
• QBR and Monthly reports
• Competitive Report (once a month)
• Adhoc Analysis (based on agreed timelines)

Qualifications:

• Must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree (Engineering graduate is a plus)
• With at least 1 - 2 years working experience on Product Management and/or Data Analytics
• Proficient in presentation skills
• Computer Literate
