Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Represent and promote the company's partner charity to the public.
- Acquire individual-giving donors via face-to-face campaigns in malls, airports, hotels, corporate offices, and public offices.
- Travel to different regions in the Philippines to acquire individual-giving donors.
- Support in the ingress and egress of site locations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate (any field).
- Experience in customer service and sales is preferred but not required.
- Able to travel domestically once every two months for a period of at least 1 week.
- Physically fit to meet the demand in doing field work.

Equality Marketing was founded in 2005 as a small company dedicated to face-to-face fundraising. It has been expanding its capacity to provide comprehensive marketing solutions, from sales to customer support.
Our core team is made up of a number of individuals who have 5-10+ years of experience in the industry. All our staff are passionate about the organizations we work with. This is achieved by continuous internal and external training programs as well as routine study tours to see the work of our clients.
Equality Marketing has been operating in in different countries, doing face-to-face campaigns for organizations including Red Cross, WWF, Save the Children, The Cancer Council, and Plan International, to name a few. Our method is not one of mass recruitment and high turnover of staff. We use our key staff in all new campaigns to build the infrastructure and systems from the ground up with a true commitment to donor quality through our professional, well-trained staff.
