Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
- Works for organizational process improvement.
- Provides input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities.
- Meets and conducts product demonstration with clients.
- Enters, updates, and maintains daily sales activities as well as client/customer information into the sales database.
- Encourages clients and customers to decide, buy, and use the company’s services.
- Prospects and does cold-calls on businesses and organizations.
- Follows-up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
- Responds to customer / client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Prior marketing / sales experience or an understanding of the sales process is a strong advantage.
- Knowledgeable of customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized, independent, and persistent.
- Ability to learn.
- Ability to adapt to needs and changes.
