Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare the following:
- All data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to survey.
- As-built surveys.
- Maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data of subcontractor, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
- Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
- Search for section corners, property irons, and survey points.
- Set out and recover stakes, marks, and other monumentation.
- Layout and determine horizontal and vertical controls.
- Report directly to Endec, Inc.’s Quality Manager and Construction Division Director.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a vocational degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Completed any degree equivalent with surveying experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in construction.
- Competent in AutoCAD application.
- Proficient with MS Office software and use of email/internet applications.
- Can operate at the minimum: builders level, a total station, or other surveying instruments.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good English communication skills.
