Project Scheduler  

This is an office-based assignment at the Project Management Office in Muntinlupa City.

• Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules of Design/Build construction projects using MS Project 2016 (or Project Plan 365, Primavera P6).
• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status, and perform measurement against the baseline.
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks, priority-based resource allocations, performance variance, and to support cost/schedule integration.
• Responsible for setting project goals and deadlines, estimate project resources needs, and communicate timelines to all Divisions.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of the projects. Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress are required.
• Work in collaboration with PMO to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach. Facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
• Identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
• Develop, maintain and implement effective schedule management systems.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation (estimates, WBS, baselines, risk registers, extension of time, forecasts and other project issues)
• Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.
• Training of foremen, superintendents, and project site engineers to learn and increase skills in project scheduling company wide.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• 3 years experience combination in Construction and/or Engineering is requried.
• 3 years of experience using MS Project or Project Plan 365 or Primavera P6 and Excel is required.
• Training on Construction Project Management, Scheduling, Estimating is preferred.
• High capability to manage an integrated master schedule and the supporting detailed schedules.
• Proficient with resource estimation, resource-loading, resource-leveling, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and writing skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities.
• Ability to embrace and participate in change initiatives.
