Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare, obtain approval, issue, and implement company quality control (assurance) program manual in compliance with contract and project requirements.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation and management of the project Quality Control Plan.
- Communicates and closely coordinates with the project operations and safety team.
- Ensure that tests are performed and provide QC certifications and documentation required in the contract.
- Manage and coordinate the three phases of control inspections and quality control documentation performed by others, such as subcontractors and consultants.
- Issue stops work and orders work to be removed or re-performed when such work is not in compliance with the project plans and specifications.
- Prepare and manage of Submittal Register.
- Conduct internal review and quality checks of engineering drawings and design calculations to ensure compliance with the project's requirements.
- Have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the contract, each subcontract, and the plans and specifications in order to assist the E&D Manager in the development of the onsite procedures.
- Interpret and review shop drawings and submittals.
- Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
- Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for use in the project.
- Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
- Take responsibility for defined tasks within prescribed limits.
- Ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Active license to practice from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is required.
- Ability to create and review technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures, and design documents.
- Able to develop, review, and maintain metrics and quality audits.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and giving presentations.
- More than 5 years of experience in quality control with a strong technical background.
