Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand what the client or company wants to achieve
- Agree on timescales, costs, and resources needed to deliver a project
- Draw up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Select and lead a project team
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Direct a multi-disciplinary team
- Communicate with staff at every level
- Ensure that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Report regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders
- Coordinate market and customer research
- Resolve any issues or delays
- Demonstrate knowledge of all areas of construction
- Manage several projects simultaneously with the support of assistant project managers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Surveying;
- Licensed as a professional engineer;
- 15 years of experience in general construction is required;
- At least 10 years of proven work experience in the same position is required;
- Experience working outside the Philippines is highly preferred;
- Must be willing to be assigned for a project in the Marshall Islands.
