Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Procuring materials for the construction site/s
- Interacting with the construction site and Project Admin
- Analyzing cost, negotiating contract details, and offering strategies and solutions to help the company better manage costs on supplies and vendor services.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers such as price, quality goods, deadlines, and expectations
- Working with vendors to place orders for the products and raw materials that a business need
- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) by verifying specifications and price
- Collating Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies
- Assuring that product is delivered on schedule at the negotiated price and meets the quality standards of the company
- Dealing with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods
- Maintaining and updating paper and computerized purchasing records
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management and other related/equivalent courses
- 3 years of proven work experience in Procurement from a Civil/Construction Industry is required
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
