This is an office-based assignment at the Project Management Office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Responsible for the accounting operations of the construction projects and construction division of the company
- Work with project management and PMO staffs ensuring proper compliance with contract and project accounting and invoicing procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports on appropriate frequencies
- Develop and implement new accounting/operations ensuring accounting policies followed that will primarily assist the construction division with procedures to prepare and manage the construction operations
- Forecast and monitor the company’s financial condition to ensure that the company remains creditworthy and can obtain surety bonding as needed
- Oversee internal financial reporting consists such as financial statements, budget variance reports, and job financial performance reports to monitor the company’s financial status
- Provides reporting and budgeting analysis as required by Senior Management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same field and construction industry is required
- Proven experience in a major construction project is required
- Intuit QuickBooks Software is preferred
