Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary job of the Parts Controller is to supervise and manage the operations of the Spare Parts Department while keeping sufficient and accurate inventory levels of parts.
- Monitors and maintains spare parts database and quantities
- Generates parts quotations in a timely manner
- Prepares and processes spare parts orders to satisfy customer demands
- Records and releases distribution of parts
- Records and updates shipment of new parts
- Submits reports of spare parts movement on a regular basis
- Recommends order quantities of spare parts to ensure consistent inventory levels
- Coordinates with the needs and requests of the Service Department
- Participates in continuous improvement of the department and its operations
- Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a College Graduate in any course
- With 1-2 years related working experience in a related field
- Must be computer literate with familiarization on basic email, basic reporting, and MS Excel
- Must be able to receive, follow instructions, and work with multiple people
- Attention to detail and proper organization skills is a must
- Technical knowledge is an advantage
