Our Web Developers bring life to our web projects, spearheading the kind of thinking that creates beautiful web experiences via design, content, and everything else in between. They are process people, able to see all the different ways to hit the objectives, and able to deeply understand how to maintain all the different processes involved in a web project.

They understand user experience on a creative and strategic level, and are able to distinguish between what works and what doesn’t. But most of all, they are marked with the necessary skills, knowledge, and solutions-centered mindset to effectively and efficiently elevate every project, every time.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Must have at least 2 years' relevant experience
• Experienced with web development in an agency, startup, or a creatively charged, collaborative environment
• Intermediate to Advanced skillsets in HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and Responsive Design
• CSS Preprocessors like LESS/SCSS
• CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Semantic UI, Tailwind
• Familiar with atleast one JS Framework like Vue JS, React, Angular
• Expertise in Laravel is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in other Content Management Systems; Wordpress CMS experience in Theme/Plugin Development is a must
• Database/SQL Management is a must
• Version Control like Github, Bitbucket, etc.
• Server and Domain Management
• Experience in Cloud Services is a plus
• MVC/OOP/REST/SOAP/AJAX/OAuth2

To thrive as an EP Web Developer, you’ll want to be:

• Knowledgeable Web APIs in XML Schema
• Knowledgeable in other server-side frameworks
• Knowledgeable of web standards, page-weight optimization, and search engine optimization
