Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, and offering recommendations that will help clients with communication objectives. Given this expectation of managing clients, a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits. Expected to give project direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the clients.
Responsibilities
- The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
- Championing of projects and accounts
- Regular communication with clients at a senior level
- Organization of client feedback
- Generating accurate reports and status updates and notifications
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Advertising agency experience (at least 2 years as an Account Manager)
- Production experience a plus
- Digital experience a must
