Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualizes, develops, and implements marketing programs and projects to ensure wider client base and bigger market share for the organization.
- Undertakes preparation of feasibility studies on the market potentials of proposed projects to serve as bases for management decisions.
- Coordinates with concerned departments and external parties regarding matters pertaining to technical requirements of the proposed marketing program.
- Manage all marketing functions such as brand marketing, relationship marketing and market-oriented business.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services such as event, public relation, advertising etc.
- Maintains and manages company's social media accounts and create a strategy for this purpose.
- Develop marketing strategies to create online traffic and boost the company’s branding.
- Manages online branding and produce online campaigns to create brand awareness.
- Evaluates and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Manages the design for all the company's marketing collateral.
- Review new technologies and keep the company updated on the new developments in digital marketing
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
