Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares project or feasibility study that will improve the facilities operations and performance.
- Interprets mechanical design requirements and creates original layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, isometrics, and illustrations;
- Prepares job estimate and materials requirement.
- Monitors the Projects if a design is being followed by alteration and improvement services.
- Provides work direction and technical guidance to Mechanical CAD Draftsman.
- Checks and approves all mechanical drawings and submit for approval.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in MECHANICAL DESIGN is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical
- Required Skill(s): With extensive experience as a Mechanical designer in all equipment involved with heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts, escalators, facade engineering, and acoustics
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
