The Sales Associate is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing leads for Future Proof events.
Future Proof, a division of ELearning Edge Inc., is a new breed of events + media company committed to a singular goal: making organizations future-proof. We partner with industry associations, publishers, and private organizations, to design, direct, deliver learning events focused on innovation.
From webinars to roundtable discussions, podcasts to 2,000-seater conferences, we bring innovative ideas to any screen and any stage.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities (B2B and B2C) through outbound and inbound calling, email, referrals, and partnerships.
- Qualify and nurture leads for Future Proof events.
- Contribute in each event sales goals.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Present products to current and potential clients while upholding the Future Proof philosophy and brand.
- Develop and maintain customer database.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in sales is an advantage.
- Has experience in using CRM or other sales software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Well-groomed.
- Confident.
