Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Accounting Associate is responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the company by providing support in the areas of disbursement, bookkeeping, invoicing, petty cash management and timekeeping functions. The job involves:
- Check preparation, makes sure that payment details are correct and required documents are provided
- Bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciling of accounts, as well as preparation of accounting reports
- Prepare invoices, statement of accounts, vouchers and other documents
- Handle the petty cash fund, makes sure that fund requests are liquidated on time and that official receipts are provided
- Processing of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig contributions and loans, including remittance of monthly premium and loan payments to statutory agencies and submission of monthly reports for posting
- Processing of time records and leaves/official business trip applications for payroll
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- CPA license is an advantage
- With experience in the following areas: disbursement, bookkeeping, payroll & timekeeping
- Quickbooks hands-on knowledge is a plus
- Willing to extend work hours and work during weekends as required
- Can work in a fast paced environment and with minimum supervision
- Achievement oriented and has the initiative to learn
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
