Inventory In-charge/Internal Audit Assistant for Inventory
(Reports Directly to Accounting Officer)
- Morning – Tag and Check riders SO and signature of accounting of riders delivery and guard for inspection.
- Counting RTS and remaining item inventory and posting directly to pro-biz.
- OSA of 2go and file of 2go/LBC to be delivered on probiz, RTS, fixing inventory on probiz
- Daily monitoring of Pro-biz Inventory record (add/Subtraction or adjusting items)
- In-charge of rejection button of pro-biz .
- Counting In-coming china boxes for inventory in.
- Actual physical count of Incoming China and Local Products – monthly basis for proper costing and to be submitted to Mark for Pivot Table.
- Reporting: Monthly Inventory both China and Local products for Financial Statement.
- And other tasks assigned by the accounting officer if needed.

- Accounts Receivables In-charge of 2go and LBC remittance reconciliation report in daily basis of tagging remittance, RTS versus Datafiles from courier. (prioritized updating and validating 2go 2015 final SOA or Statement of Account for collection purposes).
- Partner of Inventory and Internal Audit in counting all incoming stocks-both China and local products in presence of our Financial Analyst-Jaime Bathan.
- Report RTS and tagging to Excel template every morning with 2go dispatching record in daily basis.
- Helping in unloading all China products.
- Assist monthly physical inventory counting.
- Check Billing Statement from courier versus Data file dispatching record for accuracy purposes.
- And other task assigned by the Accounting officer if needed.
