Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service inquiries (e.g. calls, emails, etc.)
- Provide appropriate responses and solutions to queries within defined time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with students and schools through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/ team targets and call/email handling quotas
- Escalate feedback received from students to appropriate teams when necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
Preferred experience & education:
- Bachelor's Degree of any program
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
