Product Manager  

Objective :

Integrating overall company strategy, product line plans and strategy, competitive analysis, and customer needs into an effective product strategy.

• Responsible for managing the roadmap and implementation of the version for one or more products
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines
• Maintains awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products.
• Implements product strategy roadmap
• Establishes and improved processes such as SAFe, Scrum, Agile or similar nature
• Gathers data and contributes insights and ideas based on research and user testing
• Perform research, wireframing, and product documentation
• Work with developers, and UI/UX counterparts to build enhancements
• Builds an effective understanding of the customer needs
• Provides regular and ongoing reporting for management-level operational reviews and to key stakeholders
• Does post evaluation of Products and projects including improvement plans and quality checks

Minimum Qualifications :

• Has working experience in Product Management role or has had experience managing and/or launching a tech product
• Has experience as developer or as a Junior Technical Product Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills

• Familiarity with Product Management Frameworks such as PMP, Price, or Agile

• Life-cycle perspective

• Organizational and leadership abilities

• Experience with data driven decision making

• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as CrazyEgg, Google Analytics, Data Studio and similar

Preferred Competencies

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Solid technical understanding and/or experience in software development
• Background in implementing or practicing Scaled Agile Framework
• Operations Management experience helpful, but not required
