Growth Hacking
- Identify metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.
- Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
- A/B testing those ideas.
- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
- Driving new traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps
- Working on a lean startup process.
- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Prioritizing growth channels.
- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
Project Management
- Responsible for managing the roadmap and implementation of the version for one or more products
- Implements product strategy roadmap
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years working experience in Growth Hacking role, Project Management role or has had experience managing and/or launching a tech product for at least 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Being social and understanding users’ behavior.
- Not being scared of pivoting
