Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify existing gender norms and beliefs among TVET employers, schools, and Filipino urban millennials
- Investigate schools’ and employers’ practices in training, recruitment, marketing, talent attraction, and career progression with a gender lens
- Investigate the current gender balance within TVET programs in schools and labor force within companies
- Determine recommendations that can be used to inform content for the gender positive communications toolkit (for employers and schools) and the nationwide #YaringPinay campaign.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Open to individual consultants and consulting entities (e.g. firms, research institutions, NGOs, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant social sciences (e.g. Economics, Women Studies, Gender, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Administration or Policy, Political Science, or other) preferred
- Proven experience in designing and conducting research using quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as validating data from various sources
- Excellent research and report writing skills
- Keen interest in and understanding of women’s economic empowerment, gender, and education preferred
