Senior Institution Partnerships Manager (Project-Based)  

• Implement sales strategies that drive revenue generation for the business
• In charge of own sales pipeline (develop, build, manage a client base of foundations and corporations within Mindanao market)
• Prospect new clients via cold call, sales email and networking events
• Oversee the sales process at each stage (lead generation, close, post)
• Promote and upsell new and current product features to existing clients
• Continuously builds relationships with clients and ensures all client commitments are met and delivered in a timely manner
• Must hit monthly revenue targets: 3 signed partnership contracts
• Must reach weekly activity targets: 8 meetings, 50 emails, 50 calls
• Directly report to the Head of Mindanao regarding individual performance (target achievement, activity achievement, sales strategies, events)
• Works with internal company stakeholders (product, content, events) to develop and execute plans supporting the client partnership objectives
• Attends to miscellaneous tasks when needed

KPI:

• Meeting minutes are submitted to client within 24 hours
• Internal coordination through creative brief are accomplished within 48 hours
• Accomplish post-mortem report 1 week after end of campaign period

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field
• 3 to 5 years of sales/brand/agency experience
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and other computer software
• Confident and persuasive
• Can work efficiently even under pressure and deadlines
• Can manage multiple projects
• Must be willing to get hands dirty
• Has broad network in the advertising/marketing industry
