Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, build, manage and strengthen relationships with local and international foundations aimed at furthering educational opportunities and access in the Philippines
- Prospect and coordinate with members of the Impact Team for new potential foundation partnerships
- Oversee the partnership process at each stage from lead generation to close to after-partnership servicing and reporting
- Lead implementation efforts that stem from partnership ranging from large-scale launch events to career-readiness seminars
- Develop analytical reports for foundations throughout duration of the partnership demonstrating the impact of the project

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2-4 years of client-facing experience or prior work in account management
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication (both external and internal) and organizational skills
- Experience working with foundations or NGOs (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
