Digital Marketing Head  

As Digital Marketing Head, you will be spearheading Edukasyon.ph's growth into the next phase. We grew from 100k visitors to 10m in 2020, mostly through SEO. You will be building on that legacy, and maintaining our SEO leadership, but will also unlock the potential for our presence in various social media platforms, and work closely with our product and marketing teams to build a seamless user journey. This, fundamentally, will put you at the heart of Edukasyon's mention: democratizing access to learning for the Philippines Gen Z.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and manage marketing strategy of 4 verticals- creatives, digital marketing, research, and event
• Manage recruitment, training, retention, and performance of the department
• Lead administrative, operational, and financial decisions concerning the department
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, forecasting, and related studies to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Recommend strategies to optimize the marketing department’s capacity, efficiency, and quality
• Safeguard Edukasyon’s tone, branding, and values across all marketing initiatives
• Achieve monthly targets for community growth, social media engagement, website traffic and lead generation
• Conduct an in-depth SEO audit and provide a detailed implementation plan that includes on-site and off-site strategies
• ▪ Perform extensive keyword research and recommend sitewide (including FindUniversity) content strategy (short-term and long-term) that will increase organic traffic, improve on-site engagement and drive quality leads
• ▪ Assist content and multimedia with production and implementation of unique content across social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter) to increase follower base, generate engagement and drive traffic and conversions to the website
• ▪ Responsible for driving strong ROI and campaign KPIs by acquiring qualified audiences through data-driven advertising campaigns (Social Media, Display ads, SEM)
• ▪ Manage digital marketing budgets and makes decisions on budget allocation across all paid platforms
• Daily performance tracking and optimization
• Use online tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc) to track KPIs, generate detailed reports and recommend strategies to reach monthly targets
• Maintain the integrity of marketing data through delivery of validated, accurate reports
• Implement weekly email marketing campaigns that provide value-adding content for key stakeholders (students, schools, corp partners, etc.) and achieve the company’s conversion targets
• Provide digital marketing solutions to internal teams and to external partners including but not limited to running online ads, tracking data, generating reports, conducting online surveys, implementing newsletter campaigns and assisting in campaign pitches.
• Ensure that all native or branded campaigns achieve promised targets
• Monitor social trends, best practices and techniques to ensure account growth and identify new opportunities

• 5-10 years experience in a related field or role
• Background in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, or digital media is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving KPIs and managing cross-functional teams
• Passionate about education
• Highly organized, motivated self-starter, data-driven, and abreast of market trends
