Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Purchasing and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and assist in the purchasing process through the procurement of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Place, track, and ensure proper fulfillment orders
- Negotiate with suppliers and resolve claims and disputes
- File and maintain billing documents
- Maintain supplier and product databases
- Stay on top of market prices and developments
- Monitor imports and coordinate shipments with customs broker and government agencies
- Perform other related work that may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Outgoing and has strong interpersonal skills
- Is dependable and reliable
- Is organized, systematic, and process-oriented
- Has a strong drive and capacity to learn
