Call Inquiry & Request Handling
- Bridge transactions between branches and Western Union during power outage and/or internet unavailability in the branches.
- Handle WU, branch and sub –agent inquiries, and escalate to proper departments/ channels as necessary , while adhering to set parameters
- Accurately route head office phone calls
Online Request solution
- Ensure that all electronic requests (fax, email, Google, Talk and KBox, etc) filed are properly tagged within prescribed service level agreements
Reports Generation Management
- Monitor customer service transactions and submit regular and assigned reports to necessary parties/ departments within set deadlines
Complaints & Recovery Management
- Resolve all customer complaints within set policies and prescribed turn- around time
Customer Relationship Management
- Support the implementation of customer service interventions (kumustahan, nystery calling / shopping, customer survey, SLA monitoring, etc.
- Cascade to sub-agents and branches information that significantly impact their operations and customer service delivery(i.e WU& other Products updates, FX rates, etc.

- Graduate of any four year course
