- Attends and assists to sub-agent’s requests (e.g. access-related concerns)
- Enrolls new Western Union sub-agent branch to additional sub agent locations
- Conducts cash validation
- Prepares renewal contract of sub agents
- Prepares and implements branch policies and procedures
- Handles special projects (e.g. creating and launching of Western Union - related systems etc.)
- Conducts inventory of forms
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any finance or business - related degree course
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Background in a remittance industry an advantage
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and coordination skills
