- Contributes to the development, delivery, and maintenance of technology-based business solution for new and enhancement-type of projects
- Provides administration to ongoing production applications, including configuration of projects, access end user accounts
- Works closely with the Business Solutions Team in analyzing the scope of the high level user requirements and translating it into technical requirements by creating technical designs, defining architectures and prototypes, database designs, use cases and test script documents as part of project deliverables.
- Provides user and systems support , oversees and manages customer issues, ensuring that “trouble tickets” are resolved according to service agreements, customer satisfaction and standards and key performance indicators
- Analyzes results, makes recommendations for support process improvement and implements approved changes

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any IT-related courses
- Minimum of 1-year actual hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying web applications using .NET
- Minimum of 1-year actual experience in database designing, and T-SQL programming using MS SQL Server 2005 / 2008 or any other relational databases
- Basic to intermediate level of expertise on ASP.NET, VB.NET and or C#
- Knowledgeable in Java / J2EE and Oracle an advantage
- Experience on any Business Intelligence tools like Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS), or Integration Services (SSIS) is an advantage
- Skills in Web designing, CSS, HTML, IIS, AJAX, WebServices, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, XSLT or other web technologies is a plus
- Fresh graduates with relevant OJT background / experience are welcome to apply
