Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance and at the same time demonstrate or leads by example in performing the standards on appearance, uniform, hygiene, execution of service steps, safety, operation procedures/guidelines, discipline and conduct.
- Coach , leads and motivates the staff to ensure delivery of customer commitment, selling and delivering the offer, site presentation, achieving sales and cost target.
- Stays familiar with the standard operating procedure at all times and communicates such to employees properly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- A graduate of any business related course
- Has excellent customer service and motivational skills
- Can coach, monitor and train staff
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willing to work on Sundays, Holidays, and night shift
- Supervisory experience in retail / fast food industry is an advantage
