Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities
- On-time generation and printing of billing documents once approval was release by Finance Manager.
- Ensure completeness of billing attachment (SI, DR and CM if any) and data to avoid delay in collection.
- On-time and accurate preparation of billing transmittal (SOA) for release to customers thru courier/ASM/messenger.
- Ensure that billing transmittal are returned, duly received and acknowledged by customers for file and record purposes.
- Achieve accuracy of collection details
- On-time posting and printing of Acknowledgement Receipts
- Ensure that collection transmittals are returned, duly received and acknowledged by customers for file and record purposes.
- Reduction in billing disputes,Reduction in collection disputes,Reduction in dispute resolution time
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Can work under pressure
- Trustworthy, Keen on details, Assertive
- Basic knowledge in several MS Office application
- Preferably graduate of Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related course
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Has 2-4 years of experience in related field
